Having spent almost two weeks over a month (it's taken me a while to get this review out) testing out my new Motorola Xoom tablet and Android Honeycomb, I have some insight from a somewhat unique perspective as to what various users can realistically expect from this tablet. I had read reviews prior to its launch to see what the general consensus was, and like you'll find my article to be, it really seemed like a mixed-bag. Some reviews lauded the speed and power of the Xoom, while others were critical of bugs and general instability of the OS. And from my perspective, they were all right. That's not to say, however, that we can't glean an overall summary of the device as it is today - and more importantly what it will be in the coming months. What follows is my exhaustive review of not only the Xoom, but what it, and Android Honeycomb, represent to the future of mobile as I see it.
